Frankfurt to Dubai is the classic long-haul private-jet route out of Germany. Here is what 4,820 km of non-stop charter actually costs in 2026, based on broker data from the DACH market.
The short answer
- Super Midsize (8 pax, 1-2 fuel stops): 42,000 - 55,000 EUR one-way
- Heavy Jet (10-12 pax, non-stop): 55,000 - 78,000 EUR one-way
- Ultra-Long-Range (14-19 pax, non-stop): 82,000 - 120,000 EUR one-way
Flight time non-stop is around 6 hours 30 minutes in a Heavy or Ultra-Long-Range jet. A Light Jet cannot do this route without a fuel stop and the time penalty kills the math.
Why Heavy Jet is the sweet spot
The two real options for FRA-DXB are Heavy Jets (Gulfstream G450, Falcon 7X, Challenger 850) and Ultra-Long-Range (Gulfstream G650, Bombardier Global 7500). Heavy Jet does the route non-stop with 10 to 12 passengers at roughly two-thirds the price of a G650. Ultra-Long-Range only pays off if you need a true bed cabin or have 14+ passengers.
Egelsbach versus Frankfurt Main
For Dubai-bound trips, Frankfurt Main (EDDF) is usually the right choice despite the higher handling fees, because customs clearance for the UAE entry is faster and the FBO infrastructure is geared for long-haul departures. Egelsbach (EDFE) works for the outbound but the inbound back to Germany usually goes via FRA Main anyway.
Empty legs
Return empty legs from Dubai to Europe show up frequently because UAE high-net-worth travelers fly into Europe in summer and the jets reposition empty. Heavy Jet empty legs DXB to FRA can drop to 25,000 to 40,000 EUR if you are flexible. They almost never appear outbound (FRA-DXB direction) because demand is strong.
When does it make sense?
The per-head math for a 10-person executive team comes out to 5,500 to 7,800 EUR per person on a Heavy Jet. Business Class FRA-DXB on Emirates is 2,800 to 4,500 EUR. The premium buys you a 2-hour faster door-to-door time, full privacy and the ability to leave Frankfurt at 22:00 and land in Dubai before sunrise.
