🌍 THE $30 TRILLION BOTTLENECK: THE PHYSICAL ORACLE GAP
As major financial institutions (JPMorgan, DTCC, BlackRock) tokenize Real-World Assets (RWA), a critical systemic vulnerability remains: Smart contracts are blind to physical reality.
Under Basel III (SCO60) and MiCA (Arts. 36/46), banks cannot accept tokenized collateral without continuous, deterministic proof of its physical and legal integrity. Traditional PDF appraisals are static, easily forged, and legally insufficient for 24/7 blockchain settlement.
🛰️ THE SOLUTION: GOOGLE EARTH ENGINE + PTVS v1.0
We propose a joint infrastructure layer that transforms Google Earth Engine (GEE) into the world’s first Layer-0 Forensic Oracle for RWA.
How it works:
- Spatial Telemetry (GEE): Automated Python scripts analyze Sentinel-2/Sentinel-1 imagery over RWA cadastral coordinates, calculating structural indices (NDBI) and detecting environmental anomalies.
- Cryptographic Anchoring (PTVS): Telemetry is serialized into a Canonical JSON, hashed (SHA-256), and signed via eIDAS 2.0 QES, creating an immutable Qualified Forensic Evidence Record (QFER).
- On-Chain Enforcement (RFC-003): The QFER hash is injected into ERC-3643 smart contracts. If GEE detects physical degradation, the Hollow Token Protocol automatically freezes secondary trading, protecting institutional liquidity.
⚖️ REGULATORY ALIGNMENT & PRIOR ART
This architecture is not theoretical. It is a legally protected, regulator-ready framework:
- Academic Prior Art: Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.24001234 (CERN)
- Legal Registry: Safe Creative No. 2611067566842 (Spanish IP Law)
- Regulatory Status: Acknowledged by Taiwan FSC; under review by EU EBA & ADGM FSRA (Case #00410679).
💰 COMMERCIAL MODEL & REVENUE SHARE
We propose listing the GEE-PTVS Oracle on the Google Cloud Marketplace as a mandatory compliance module for RWA issuers.
- Google Cloud Revenue: Monetization of GEE API calls, BigQuery storage, and Cloud Run compute at enterprise scale.
- PropTrust Revenue: Licensing fees for the PTVS protocol, QFER generation, and PTCE expert network integration.
- Target Market: Tokenization platforms (e.g., Centrifuge, Securitize), Tier-1 Banks, and Global Reinsurers.
🤝 NEXT STEPS: PILOT PROGRAM
We invite Google Cloud to co-sponsor a 90-day Pilot Program tokenizing a €50M real estate portfolio, demonstrating automated satellite-to-blockchain compliance under MiCA.

⛓️ Step 2: The RFC-003 'Hollow Token' Smart Contract
Once the Python script generates the SHA-256 hash, it is sent to our Solidity contract. The core of PTVS v1.0 is the isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound modifier. If the satellite detects an anomaly (anomalyDetected = true), the contract activates the Hollow Token state, freezing all transfers.
solidity
// SPDX-License-Identifier: Apache-2.0
pragma solidity ^0.8.20;
import "@openzeppelin/contracts/token/ERC20/ERC20.sol";
contract RFC003HollowToken is ERC20 {
bool public isHollowTokenActive;
bytes32 public lastVerifiedQFERHash;
uint256 public lastVerificationTimestamp;
uint256 public constant MAX_VERIFICATION_INTERVAL = 90 days;
modifier isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound() {
require(!isHollowTokenActive, "RFC003: Token is HOLLOW. Transfers frozen.");
require(
block.timestamp <= lastVerificationTimestamp + MAX_VERIFICATION_INTERVAL,
"RFC003: Physical verification expired."
);
_;
}
function receiveOracleReport(bytes32 _qferHash, bool _anomalyDetected) external {
lastVerifiedQFERHash = _qferHash;
lastVerificationTimestamp = block.timestamp;
if (_anomalyDetected) isHollowTokenActive = true;
}
function transfer(address to, uint256 amount) public override isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound returns (bool) {
return super.transfer(to, amount);
}
}
🛡️ Why This Matters for RWA Developers
By integrating Google Earth Engine with PTVS v1.0, we transform RWA tokenization from a "trust-based" system to a deterministic, cryptographically verified infrastructure.
This framework is protected under the PTVS v1.0 Prior Art Framework (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.24001234 & Safe Creative No: 2611067566842).
