Some good friends with many years in the industry have told me you never really get rid of the imposter syndrome. If you stop and think about it, we're always facing new problems we're not 100% sure how to solve so, I'm starting to think that in order to survive, we need to somehow become best friends with the unknown, and develop enough confidence to keep on going.
