AWS Braket - Trying Out Quantum Cloud Computing

AWS Braket, or Quantum Computing as a Cloud Service, just released. Of course, I had to try it out. As usual, AWS makes this easy, I just used the AWS console (shown below). NOTE: AWS Braket includes both a simulator (for dev/test) and the ability to select your prod env Quantum device ( D-Wave, IonQ or Rigetti).

To try it, I created a Braket (Sagemaker) Notebook, again (shown below). This Jupyter Notebook includes a good number of examples.

I decided to try out the sample named "ANATOMY OF QUANTUM ANNEALING WITH D-WAVE ON AMAZON BRAKET". All samples in this folder shown below.

I am not going to try to explain how Quantum Computing works in a Dev.to post - suffice it to say that I've read several books and taken entire courses on the topic and, IMHO, the examples provided by AWS are very useful - partial example shown below.

To continue learning, Jeff Barr has a useful blog post on the launch of AWS Braket for cloud Quantum Computing.
