Vite Support for Various Map Library Starters

I have adapted various map library starters to Vite. 🎉

I have changed the starters for the map libraries published with "webpack" to "Vite." The change to "Vite" has dramatically improved build speed and simplified the configuration files. Also, it supports TypeScript.

Please use it if you want to try out the map library easily!
