I would like to brainstorm with you brilliant minds to create an alternative for the "donation" for developers (e.g "buy me a coffee").
The point of this effort is finding a fresher newer method for all kind of developers to collect donations from their contributors. This brainstorming session intention will not aim for a creation of a product or any kind of solution. I would like to stay on the theoretical idea layer and rename and upgrade the idea of donation
which is asking for a cup of coffee from other people.
I will use the ultimate idea from this brainstorming in my personal website. I'm very excited to hear you guys great ideas.

In my opinion, the best donation for developers would be 'Buy me time'. Not a real purchase; If it saves you time with the code it will write, experience it will transfer or a job it will do, it has bought time for you.
Maybe an experience in life or business life can be gifted as a donate.
Awesome idea, i would like to use this idea of yours with small adjustments without changing it's meaning.
Maybe a button labeled "Give me a hand" and an input would do the job.
