Do you check your website before publishing it?
You expect a new page to be created, and you wait a long time for the page to be ready and be able to be published. However, before this happens, it's worth checking whether everything before publishing the website, has been maintained.
Here is the checklist for every website that you should follow:
1. Typos
The headling with a typo isn't pleasant for visitors to see. Make sure to check that.
2. Valid SSL
It should be a standard, but still, many developers skip this, and that's not good.
3. Access URLs
Be sure that your website is accessible both from HTTP and HTTPS.
4. 404 page
If you don't have that, your visitors would think that your website doesn't exist.
5. Performance
The faster your site, the better. Check performance using tools like Lighthouse.
6. Image optimize
Remember to compress your images. PNG to JPG whenever possible, and add alt attribute.
7. Meta tags
The description or the title of your website will be displayed when searching.
8. Responsiveness
Be sure to check how your site behaves on mobile devices. That's a must!
That's it!
Thank you so much for reading this post. If you enjoyed it, feel free to share that to help others!

One more good one — 9. Accessibility!
Oh yeah, sorry about that!
Nahhh, nothing to be sorry about — just a suggestion! 🙂
Feel free to pop it in there if ya wanna.

Thank you so much, Thomas! What do you like about it the most? 😊
Typography, animations at the right and positions. Buttons is very great too. My ❤ part is the top of the page 😎
Oh and scroll animations with the footer! Good one!
Thank you! The top of the page was my main focus. 😎 Yeah, why not with the footer animations! 😁
Is there anything that you would change?
Hmmm i'm suppose no
Checklists can be handy. Here's mine for deploying a WordPress site: gsarigiannidis.gr/deployment-check...
