The beautiful and honest truth is that if toxicity and negative attitudes are eliminated from the workplace, even those who were the architects of the toxicity will benefit massively. Let’s swallow our pride, heal from our trauma, and strive to be better. Let the heaven we hope to see someday start with our immediate environment.
