I didn't say I want that, I'll use Github even if there's the classic registration.
I know the people building this website can create their own secure authentication system, I'm asking why didn't they do that, is it for a better user experience, for reducing the maintenance work for the moment, excluding some security vulnerabilities for a functionality that doesn't bring a lot and it's not worth the effort.

I think they made this way coz they want dev.to to only have the most necessary parts to reduce the size of the codebase.
I think so, the performance here is incredible, a minimalist thinking is needed
