Intro to CSS

I learned that CSS is used to style elements within an HTML document; such as style, font-size, font-color, and other styling options.
Similar to code for an HTML document, the code for CSS is composed of opening tags and attributes, but with the addition of a declaration, property, and value.
Just like when we are creating links within our HTML document we can do the same to create a link for our CSS code. The relative path is the easiest and most commonly used way to link HTML and CSS, instead of using a URL that links outside of the file.
