I told you the issue. You can just create a new repo with the correct name, following the instructions in my post.
To answer your question, no, I cannot do it, because I can only have on GitHub site on my account.
The problem is this:
hanzlabaigchain.github.iohanzlabaig.github.ioGitHub only allows you to create a site with the same name as your username.
