Tailwind CSS is currently the most popular CSS library or framework. But many people come from Bootstrap who might not like writing all the classes from scratch. Again,
Many people can use them in practice projects or client's projects if they want. If PSD, FIGMA to HTML / React then not all matches will be complete but it will be a lot.
And also will work on most projects. I personally have been using it for a long time.
So, I am collecting and posting some Tailwind base libraries/sites, which I use often in practice, I hope you will benefit.
Please share
Flowbit
This is probably the one I use the most. Having a separate mindset for Simple + React is very beneficial

Many people know about it, maybe it will also get some beautifully designed components. Specialties are various ready-made components + functionality with themes.

It is not an installed library but it has some ready-made components to use. 4. TailBlocks
Many people have watched this video on You Tube and you can find the components that have been fixed.

Here is MUI's react/html component. The interesting thing is that almost exactly like MUI, MUI + Tailwind 2 doesn't need to be used and it won't have default or unnecessary classes of different libraries, the site will be fast.

Although it probably should have been put up, but since I just learned about it, I read it a bit. They also provide CLI tools to start projects with Next.js

Note: I am a small learner, just sharing things in my business. If there is a mistake, you will look at it with a forgiving eye
