Every designer has their own plugin stack. Here's mine in 2026 — broken down by category with a short note on each.
Icons
Hugeicons — a massive general-purpose icon library with a clean consistent style. Great starting point for any UI project.
GlyfiQ — my own plugin, so full disclosure upfront. Built for medical and healthcare design specifically. Right now 500+ thin-line medical icons covering cardiology, orthopedics, mental health, pharmacy, anatomy and more. Editable stroke weights, smart search with real medical terminology, and Pro subscribers can request custom icons drawn in the same style. Available for Figma, Framer and Adobe Illustrator 👉 https://glyfiq.link
Bootstrap Icons — free, open-source, developer-friendly. 2,000+ icons that translate cleanly between design and code.
Streamline Icons — professional quality, large library, good for enterprise projects with budget.
Illustrations
Blush — customizable illustration packs with diverse characters. Fast way to add human warmth to a UI.
by Iconduck — open-source illustrations and icons, good free option for quick projects.
Pictographic — abstract and conceptual illustrations for landing pages and marketing materials.
Humaaans — mix-and-match illustration library for people-focused UI. Classic tool that still holds up.
Mockups
Artboard Studio — polished device mockups for presentations and client handoffs. Makes everything look more professional instantly.
Quick Mockups — exactly what it says. Fast, no fuss.
Mokker — AI-powered mockup generator. Good for product shots directly in Figma.
Clay Mockups 3D — 3D device mockups for when you want something that stands out visually.
Effects
Noise & Texture — adds grain and texture to flat designs. Underrated for making UI feel more tactile.
Noisy Gradients — generates organic gradient meshes. Saves hours compared to doing it manually.
Curve Text — type on a path inside Figma. Simple but fills a real gap.
Magic Cut — quick background removal directly in the canvas.
This is a personal list, not a sponsored one. GlyfiQ is my own product — I included it because it belongs here for anyone doing healthcare UI work, not to promote it.
