Balm for WSL2 Woes

So, I did a thing to work around WSL2 networking going to hell in a handcart when connecting to my work VPN.

It's not pretty, but works in a pinch when you need to run apt install to grab a quick utility. Linux is just so much better for Getting Stuff Done when you need to hack something up with a bunch of command line tools that someone else has probably already written.

Really Microsoft need to sort this as I'd imagine it's a fairly common scenario.
