9 Things I Do To Avoid Burnout

Most of us are really passionate about the work we do. Also, now with all of the endless possibilities that the internet brings it is really easy to start working too much, take on too many responsibilities, not get enough sleep and do a lot of other unhealthy things that all lead to burning out.

Here are the things that I try to do to help me prevent burnouts:

  1. Exercise daily - a short 15-20 minutes is usually good enough for me

  2. Eat lots of veggies and fruits

  3. Read books or listen to audiobooks

  4. Drink 6 to 8 cups of water per day

  5. Buy less stuff

  6. Meditate daily

  7. Work on passion projects

  8. Wake up early

  9. Reduce social media as much as possible
