I released the kraken!
Those are very interesting points.
One thing I might need to change is that I often read books on my cellphone.
I don't know if the screen in itself is an energy drainer. But having a real book at hand feels good too.
I'm considering buying a kindle or something like that. Also, I'll try to read novels that don't make me think too much. I tend to prefer those complicated stories, but my psychologist said that those "easy" entertainments in moderation helps us feel good too.

I did a routine where I kept on coding for at least more or at than 8 hours every day since 2020 January. I think I used 60% - 80% of the days of 2020 coding and then again this year, the same thing. Just last month, I started having serious pains on my fingers. My brother says my muscles could be growing weak. I'm trying not to freak out. Plus because I sit a lot....... at a lot at midnight. I started adding weight drastically. That was last year. I kind of wish I could lay off coding for a while to rest. But what can I do? I'm working......... And there's no way I'm smashing my computer.
Love that 7th point 🤘
