I love music, especially something that can be played in the background - that I notice it being only subconsciously there, Binarual beats, ADHD music, or any lofi remixes.
Binaural beats are really amazing honestly ❤️ I personally never trued ADHD music but definitely will check it out... Can you please recommend some good ones...
Tbh, I started listening to ADHD music just because I read online that the reason my mind is unfocused is because we multitask all the time and we destroy our 'focus muscle'. I just youtube-d some ADHD music and it does wonders, I can work longer without any problems :D.
