I have a collection of old Outlook Express DBX files that I want to preserve for long-term access. Since Outlook Express is no longer supported, I am considering converting everything into PST format and opening it in newer versions of Microsoft Outlook. Before doing that, I wanted to ask if PST is really the best option for storing and accessing old DBX emails in the future. Are there any limitations I should know about? Has anyone here used PST as a long-term archive format for old Outlook Express data? I would appreciate advice based on real experience before I move all of my email archives.
