BreakPilot builds the EU-sovereign, self-hosted platform that lets industrial and mechanical-engineering companies (Maschinenbau) ship software that stays compliant and stays theirs. We turn the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2 and IEC 62443 into compliance as code, pair it with a document management system and sovereign AI tooling, and run the whole thing on infrastructure you own: no cloud lock-in, all data in the EU. We are engineers first, everything from our own container orchestrator to our compliance scanner is OSS-first and self-hosted. This is where we share how we build it.

Self-hosted OSS end to end: our own Orca container + Wasm orchestrator, Keycloak SSO, Gitea + Actions, Harbor, Nextcloud, Matrix, SigNoz, Infisical, Kellnr, LiteLLM. Postgres, MariaDB, ClickHouse, Qdrant. Supply-chain security with Trivy + cosign. All EU-hosted.
