This was the first post that has set me off on a weekend of reading everything I can from LinearB. Y'all put out excellent resources.
I wasn't sure the best article to ask this on, but this one seemed related enough. In multiple blog posts, mostly on your actual site, about PRs is, y'all say documenting everything that is discussed during the PR. How/where do you document these comments? Just on the PR itself? Do people often go back and read PR comments?
