ReBALKAN’s five-year plan starts with a disciplined rule: prove each stage before expanding it. The 2026 focus is to strengthen property and vehicle listings, activate broad new and used product categories, improve professional tools and grow the North Macedonia pilot with measurable supply, engagement and revenue targets.
Later stages add Balkan service modules, ordering, payments, delivery, social trust features and wider geographic readiness. Country launches remain conditional on language quality, local data, regulation, moderation, payments, support and professional supply, so the roadmap is a sequence of evidence gates rather than a promise of automatic global growth.
