I live in a coast city and normal temperature is between 28-34°C
Being sweaty doesn't help solving things and working.
Also right posture in front of the computer. Finding a nice chair that properly supports the back is quite important as well.
Spending tons of hours sitting and in front of a pc will be better with a right chair, desk, and room temperature.
