seek help from others if you are stuck

I learned today that sometimes you need to let go of a problem and try to seek help with it.
Especially if you are not in complete administrative control of the system.
I am sharing that with another team.
I tried to solve a problem on my own, but I just could not solve it.
That is why I sought out help and asked the other team.
We are currently looking into it together.
I feared that my problem can only be handled by their administrative controls.
So no matter how many more hours I would have put into this I could not solve the problem.
That is why I learned to ask for help if you are stuck on a problem.
