The simple act we do each day piles up and after few loops it become an habit that determines the direction of our life.It so crazy to know that what we do knowing or unknowing determine our friends ,quality of life we live and so on the list is endless. So with that in mind we have to form healthy habit that will enrich our life in every aspect of life.But to do that is not as simple as saying i wanna change my habit it is a process that we have to follow .Killing those old bad is so hard compared to forming them.But it is not impossible .Follow this leads and they will transform your life in an amazing way

2.Do that thing you want.
3.After doing it reward your self .
