am not sure i get what you mean but i will guess you are asking the relevance of dart in respect to javascript.
That being the case i would advice you first get familiar with dart dart.dev/guides/language/language-...
Dart is a powerful client optimised language that you can use to build backend servers. Combined with flutter you get the power of (HTML, CSS, JS) all under one framework once you are comfortable you can use pub.dev/packages/get_server to even build a server with the same flutter framework.
Current building a production level app with flutter and the journey is nothing but fun.
