My HNG Experience

When I first stumbled upon the advertisement for the HNG internship, my heart filled with excitement and anticipation. I was well aware that this internship would be no walk in the park, but I was determined to seize the opportunity. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a rollercoaster of experiences – the good, the bad, and my fears.

The journey began with Stage One, where I encountered the unfamiliar term "data-testid." While I had prior knowledge of data-attributes, data-testid was a foreign concept to me. However, I wasn't deterred by my lack of familiarity; instead, I saw it as a chance to broaden my horizons. I embarked on a research expedition, determined to conquer this new challenge. Eventually, I successfully completed the Stage One task and earned my promotion to Stage Two.

As I advanced to Stage Two, I found myself thrown off balance by the complexity of the tasks at hand. Fortunately, I had a solid foundation in React and had previously worked with APIs, which gave me a glimmer of hope. Stage Two presented an incredible opportunity for growth and enhancement of my skills. It was far from a cakewalk, and I encountered numerous hurdles along the way.
