Clocked Build Challenge: Build Something Intelligent — $2,000 in Prizes

Clocked by Rezolve.ai is an API that brings LLM-level understanding to decisions, exact extraction, and structured records. It returns the decisions and evidence your software needs to act: probabilities, source positions, and confidence, without generating a conversational answer word by word.

We’re inviting developers to put it to work in the Clocked Build Challenge, a three-week online hackathon running October 21–November 10, 2026, with $2,000 in cash prizes.

What can you build?

Build a new working application that meaningfully uses at least one Clocked endpoint. Any stack, any interface, and teams of any size are welcome. The application must be started during the challenge; libraries, templates, and AI coding tools are fine.

Nine endpoints give you three starting points:

  • Decide, Extract, Fill: classify and route requests, capture exact values with source positions, or fill structured records.
  • Protect, Guard, Inspect: find and mask personal data, detect prompt injection, or inspect scripts before they run.
  • Verify, Compare, Rerank: check claims against sources, compare documents, or select useful passages.

Ideas include a document intake workflow, a privacy-aware support tool, or a research assistant that checks its claims against source material. Choose a problem you care about and make the endpoint’s output change what your application does or shows.

Five cash awards

Award Prize
Best Overall App $600
Best Use of Decide, Extract, or Fill $400
Best Use of Protect, Guard, or Inspect $400
Best Use of Verify, Compare, or Rerank $400
People’s Choice $200

A project can win one judged award plus People’s Choice, up to $800. Prizes are per project and shared by the team. Thoughtful combinations of endpoints earn breadth points; a strong single-endpoint application can still win. See the challenge page for the full judging rubric.

Get 20,000 free credits

Create a free Clocked account for 4,000 credits. Then redeem CLOCKEDHACKATHON on your account page for 16,000 more credits and four concurrent requests. There is no entry fee, and spending does not affect judging.

Read the documentation and start building when the challenge opens on October 21.

Submit by November 10

Submit through the challenge page, with your demo, public repository, explanation of how you used Clocked, and team details. Entries are editable until November 10 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Judging and People’s Choice voting run November 11–17. Winners are announced November 18.

No social post is required to enter. People’s Choice alone requires one designated public LinkedIn post with an active @mention of the official Clocked page and #ClockedChallenge, added to your entry before the deadline. Qualifying engagement during the voting week determines that award; it does not affect judged awards.

Entrants must be 18 or older and of legal age where they live. Location and other eligibility restrictions apply. Read the official rules before entering.
