The smoking cessation rate of 1 314 people at high risk of lung cancer in the area of lung cancer screening and early diagnosis and early treatment in Sichuan Province increased from 22.37% at baseline to 41.78% after screening (χ²=227.97, P less then 0.001), and the smoking amount of persistent smokers decreased from 20 cigarettes per day to 15 cigarettes per day (t=11.76, P less then 0.001). Those with positive results in lung cancer screening were more likely to quit smoking or continue to quit smoking. Male, younger age or lower education level would increase the risk of continuous smoking or relapse (P less then 0.05).From 2013 to 2014, the age of 924 residents recruited in Haikou City was (38±13) years old, of which 57.3% (529) were males. HFMD cases from six sentinel hospitals in Yangzhou from January 2015 to December 2019 were taken as the subject of study. The epidemiological data of HFMD were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method, the enterovirus were detected using RT-PCR method and the etiological characteristics were analyzed. The data were collected by Excel 2007 and statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software. A total of 1 151 positive cases were detected from all 2 129 HFMD clinical specimens collected in Yangzhou from 2015 to 2019, with a total positive rate of 54.06%, including 148 cases of EV71(6.95%), 382 cases of CA16(17.94%) and 621 cases of other enterovirus(29.17%). The difference of positive rate in different years(χ2=99.28, P less then 0.05), different months(χ2=92.09, P less then 0.05) and different districts(χ2=71.39, P less then 0.05)was statistically significant. Each subtype of enterovirus showed alternating prevalence in different years. The peak period of detection rate was from April to September (720 cases, 62.55%). The reported incidence for males was higher than females, with the male-female ratio of 1.58∶1 and children under six (971 cases, 84.36%) as the major attacked population. There were obvious seasonal, regional and population characteristics of HFMD in Yangzhou City from 2015 to 2019. It reminds us that surveillance of HFMD should be continually implemented, more attention should be paid to the prevention and control of key population in high-risk seasons, and the booming HFMD cases caused by other enterovirus should be emphasized especially.Objective To understand the infectious status of Lyme disease among patients with arthritis symptoms in Hainan Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of Lyme disease. Methods From 2013 to 2018, sampling surveys had been conducted in medical institutions in 8 cities in Hainan Province(Haikou, Sanya, Danzhou, Dongfang, Wenchang, Qionghai, Qiongzhong, Wuzhishan), 2 311 patients serum samples were collected with arthritis symptoms, and descriptive research were conducted base on the collected clinical data. The Indirect Fluorescent-Antibody Test (IFA) method was used for preliminary screening of Lyme disease antibody, the Western Blot (WB) method was used for IFA positive samples confirmation. Statistical analysis using χ2 test. Results 2 311 serum samples were tested by IFA, and 166 were positive with the positive rate of 7.18%. Further confirmed by WB method, 62 samples were positive, the positive rate of Lyme disease antibody was 2.68%(62/2 311). The positive rate of Lyme disease antibody among patients with arthritis in different regions of Hainan was statistically significant (χ²=40.636,P less then 0.001), and the positive rate in Qiongzhong city was the highest (8.81%, 14/159). Methods In this study, a retrospective study was adopted. 72 ESCC patients diagnosed in Taihe Hospital, Shiyan City, Hubei Province from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected, including 49 patients in the elderly group (≥ 60 years old, 40 males and 9 females), 23 patients in the young and middle-aged group (0.05). There was no significant difference in β-diversity between the elderly group and the young and middle-aged group (PC1=19.14%, PC2=6.95%, PPC1=0.67, PPC2=0.42). Methods From 2011 to 2019, 33 non-O157 STEC strains recovered from diarrheal patients from 7 provinces/cities were collected, including Qinghai (1 isolate), Heilongjiang (1 isolate), Guangxi (2 isolates), Shandong (2 isolates), Guangdong (4 isolates), Henan (11 isolates), and Shanghai (12 isolates). Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 19 antimicrobials were tested by broth microdilution method; O∶H serotypes, Multi-locus sequence typing (MLST) and antimicrobial resistance genes were determined by whole genome sequencing. Results A total of 33 non-O157 STEC strains were typed into 19 O∶H serotypes and 17 sequence types (STs), respectively. Ten strains were resistant to one or more antibiotics,of which five were multiple drug-resistant (MDR).
