When I hand work between coding agents (manager → executor → reviewer, or resuming a stale session), passing the transcript doesn't work well. Constraints get buried and validation evidence gets lost.
I tried treating it as classification instead of summarization. Each message gets four typed labels (category, importance, keep, sensitive) from Jev, a fast typed-decision model. Deterministic code then builds a handoff with intent, decisions, validation evidence, open questions, next step, and a resume prompt.
