Is Reflect good for habit tracking?

Not natively. Reflect is primarily a notes and journaling tool, habit tracking requires building manual systems within notes or using a separate app. If habit tracking is important to you, Xenith's built-in frequency-based habit system is a better fit.

Does Xenith have bidirectional links like Reflect?

Xenith doesn't implement bidirectional note linking, it's not a PKM tool in that sense. Its reflection and journaling features are structured (prompts, mood, dimension scores) rather than free-form linked notes. For networked note-taking, Reflect or Obsidian are stronger.
