There are so many talented junior developers trying to get their first job.
There are plenty of job boards, freelance platforms, and opportunities online, but getting that first real opportunity can be difficult when you don't have much professional experience yet.
I've been on the other side of that journey, and I know how valuable practical experience, guidance, and having someone to work with can be.
I'm a senior full-stack developer based in Singapore, and I'm interested in connecting with junior developers in the US and Europe who are serious about learning and building.
My goal isn't simply to find people to work for me.

Sometimes they just need someone willing to give them a chance, work alongside them, and share some experience.
