It's a late post
I didn't do much today, I mostly spent it in looking into various certifications that'll prove I have hands-on knowledge but after looking into them I feel like most are just create ways to get extra cash π« π«
It's like an odd way forbig name companies to promote their products, which I won't deny are good, but they get to monetize how people actually understand their product.
Sure there's a voucher or something to get a free certificate once in a while but all around it feels pretty useless.
I'm not certain if employees can attempt the exams for free due to company mandates but for a fresher it's better to simply skip the exam and get the badges from reputable names like microsoft or Google.
Today I did microsoft's coure on Microsoft Defender for Cloud, it was interesting but I didn't have the patience to read line by line. πΆβπ«οΈ
So I simply put them in ChatGPT and made it to explain in brief. I cross questioned it whenever I didn't understand something but sometimes I skipped few cause it went over my head. π
All in all it was good, I'll probably do another one soon for cloud but that's all.
