A small squad often stalls on uniforms because the embroidery shop wants a giant first order. You do not need that.
Pick one logo, one thread-color set, and one placement (left chest is the usual choice). Order a single sample in the most common size, wear it through a practice, then add the rest of the roster in the sizes people actually need. No-minimum custom embroidery is what makes that sequence work: the mark stays consistent, and you are not stuck with a box of extras.
If you run youth or rec teams, write the size list from the people who already said yes, not from a guess about who might join later.
I help run Arklavo — we do no-minimum custom embroidery for teams.
