Activity we did and key outcome: Conducted rigorous in-person workshops and collaborative design sessions, This led to the release of our revolutionary MVP platform, enabling bottleneck tracking and accelerating operational agility, a key factor for early adoption.
- Revamped the design system with dark mode and also made it robust & scalable which helped a team of 30+ Designers and developers
- The design system ensured consistent user experiences across all products. By providing reusable components and guidelines, we reduced design and development time, enabling faster innovation and time-to-market. This system also streamlined the creation of Storybook components.

We enhanced the homepage to be the primary communication point between users and the product, providing a clear summary of information to guide their next steps. It was made now flexible to cater to various user types and environments with deep customizability, offering contextual information with cross-navigation, and enabled users to complete important tasks quickly.
Keyboard Navigation
We defined a framework and set guidelines for the keyboard navigation system, which significantly reduced the time required to make any new feature accessibility compliant.
