This is a great article! I attended traditional college for the bulk of my education, then a bootcamp last year to actually get into a developer position. Whenever asked my thoughts on my bootcamp experience my main compliment was how it prepared me for working as a developer on a team. EVERY project (smaller assignment were solo) was on a team or pair programming using a git repository (facing those merge conflicts head on). If only they could have introduced us to maintaining legacy projects :( LOL
