Aldar and Dubai Holding Expand Their Dubai Joint Venture: 14,000 New Homes Worth AED 38 Billion at Palm Jebel Ali and Nad Al Sheba

Aldar and Dubai Holding have expanded their Dubai partnership with two new land plots set to deliver nearly 14,000 homes worth over AED 38 billion. Launched in 2023, the venture has already delivered Haven, Athlon and The Wilds, with sales reaching about AED 21.5 billion.

Two projects, two markets

Near Nad Al Sheba, roughly four million square metres will become a family focused community of apartments, townhouses and villas, with sales starting in 2026. On Palm Jebel Ali, the two developers will build an ultra luxury waterfront district of branded and non-branded homes with beach access, launching in 2027. Aldar will oversee design, sales, delivery and management on both sites, adding significant supply to a market long on demand and short on ready stock.
