Doment has launched Dubai 3D, a free three dimensional map of Dubai, at dubaimap.doment.ai. The skyline is drawn at real building heights, with the Burj Khalifa standing at its actual 828 metres, and the property market is drawn on top of it as separate layers rather than a single cloud of pins.
The map carries 1,642 off plan projects, 2,956 resale listings and 87,961 live rental homes grouped into 4,009 building pins, each pin carrying the real count of homes available in that building. Alongside them sit 2,180 real places you can switch on as layers: metro stations, malls, schools, hospitals, beaches, parks and airports.
Click a tower and a card opens with the developer, the community, the price and every market active in that building, with one click through to the full record on doment.ai, including neighbourhood scores and measured driving times.
Where Doment knows the exact building, the camera flies down and lights up the tower itself. Where it only holds the community, the map says so and shows a neighbourhood view instead. No sign-up, no app, it runs in any browser.
