Frond F is a small, well-specified data point inside a much larger build-out: 44 villas, split into two size tiers, released on 20 August through the Dubai Media Office.
The unit-level numbers: the Beach Collection runs 5 to 6 bedrooms at 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, the Coral Collection runs 6 to 7 bedrooms at 11,500 to 12,500 square feet, spread across 10 architectural designs from four firms, NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture. No price data has been published for this release, leaving plot size and bedroom count as the only published variables.
What the construction figures measure
Nakheel reports 544 villas under construction on Fronds A to F and 728 more at finishing stage on Fronds K to P, against more than AED 13 billion in awarded construction and infrastructure contracts. Set against the stated handover window, first units before the end of 2026, the remainder through 2027, those figures work as a rough proxy for where each phase sits in its build cycle.
The island-level context for anyone modeling this against other Dubai waterfront supply: 16 fronds across 7 islands, 12 of them residential, about 120 kilometres of coastline, including more than 90 kilometres of beachfront. Palm Jebel Ali is roughly twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, a useful multiplier when comparing per-front unit counts between the two projects.
