Sobha Realty plans to hand over 6,819 homes across Dubai in 2026, worth about AED 21.6 billion, the largest delivery programme in its history. The units span five communities, Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One, and Verde by Sobha, spreading delivery risk across the city rather than one site.
Managing Director Francis Alfred credits the target to Sobha's in house construction model, which keeps design, build and fit out under one roof. The push comes as Dubai emerges from its busiest completion quarter yet, making delivery reliability a selling point for buyers who can now compare developers' track records.
Backing it is about AED 30 billion in 2025 sales and a pipeline of sixteen master plans, including the AED 50 billion Sobha Sanctuary and AED 40 billion Sobha City in Abu Dhabi.
