Awesome, thanks for this very detailed article. I’ve tried to build CoP at organizations large an small, and seen them mostly languish. I’m leaning toward the idea that for a true CoP to flourish it needs to be across different organizations and even different industries, but I always feel there’s more intra-organization knowledge sharing that could be happening. This gives me lots to chew on.
