Apple devices are great when they work well. Sadly I had the worse experience using apple products. My macbook pro keyboard got broken for the 2nd time in 15 months, iPhone xR drops call wayyy more than my 300$ huawei phone. I like how apple makes their product look so clean but as for me, I don’t think I can trust them in terms of reliability 🥺

Agree with you, my latest MacBook Pro keyboard is partially broken, the key "N" is damaged and it does not longer work. It's a shame.
