My work life became more organized and so much easier after using online task management and to-do list tools. Personally I think Todoist is great for scheduling and deadlines. Quire is an excellent tool for creating new projects. You can add each individual task and also include sub-task, making team collaboration a lot easier. Notion makes organizing notes super easy, and has a large selection of templates to choose from.
