Hiring: React Frontend Developer — ELO (Effortless Order)

Location: Worldwide / Remote
Employment type: Full-time or Contract
Experience: Mid-level to Senior (flexible for the right candidate)

About ELO

ELO (Effortless Order) is building a digital commerce ecosystem designed to connect merchants and consumers more directly, beginning with online food ordering.
Our platform aims to reduce reliance on traditional third-party intermediaries, help merchants manage their products and promotions, and give consumers a smoother ordering experience. The ecosystem includes merchant and consumer interfaces, order management, loyalty rewards, and an ELO token-based payment and rewards system.
We are looking for a talented React Frontend Developer to help us build intuitive, responsive, and reliable user experiences as the platform evolves.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.
Build consumer-facing experiences for browsing products, managing shopping carts, and placing orders.
Develop merchant dashboards for managing products, images, promotions, discounts, customer messages, and reviews.
Implement features such as order history, customer preferences, product reviews, and chat interfaces.
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs for orders, user accounts, merchant services, and payment workflows.
Help build user interfaces for loyalty rewards and ELO token-related functionality.
Ensure excellent performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders.
Troubleshoot issues, review code, and continuously improve frontend quality.

Required Skills

Strong experience building web applications with React.
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development practices.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience integrating REST APIs or other backend services.
Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI components.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and communicate effectively in a remote team.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or modern React frameworks.
Experience building e-commerce, food-ordering, marketplace, or merchant dashboard applications.
Familiarity with payment integrations and checkout workflows.
Experience with Web3, blockchain applications, or cryptocurrency wallet integrations.
Familiarity with loyalty programs, rewards systems, and transaction histories.
Experience with automated testing and frontend performance optimization.

What You'll Work On

You will contribute to a platform that brings together:
Consumer experience: Product discovery, shopping carts, checkout, order history, preferences, reviews, and customer communication.
Merchant experience: Product and service management, promotions, discounts, reviews, messaging, and advertising features.
Rewards and payments: Frontend experiences supporting the ELO token, reward earning and redemption, and available payment methods.
A growing ecosystem: A flexible user experience designed to support additional services as the platform develops.

Who We're Looking For

We value developers who take ownership of their work, care about the details of user experience, and can turn product requirements into practical, high-quality interfaces.
You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating remotely across time zones, and learning new technologies when needed.

How to Apply

Please send us:

  1. Links to your GitHub, portfolio, or relevant projects.
  2. A brief description of your React experience.
  3. Your current location and availability.
  4. Your expected salary or hourly rate.
