MyZubster Opens Its Press & Media Kit — Building an Evidence-First Open-Source Ecosystem

MyZubster Opens Its Press & Media Kit — Building an Evidence-First Open-Source Ecosystem

Today we're adding another public layer to MyZubster.

Not another hidden dashboard.

Not another private presentation.

A public Press & Media Kit.

MyZubster is being developed in public, and we want journalists, researchers, developers and potential collaborators to be able to distinguish immediately between:

what exists, what is experimental, what we're preparing, and what still needs independent validation.

📰 Why a public Press Kit?

Open-source projects often become difficult to understand as they grow.

MyZubster now touches several areas:

open-source development;
real-world observations;
environmental data;
provenance and evidence;
Zorgax automation;
DAO/governance experiments;
IoT;
privacy;
reproducible pilots;
international replication.

That's exciting from a development perspective.

But it's terrible if someone needs 30 GitHub tabs just to understand the project.

So we created a single public entry point for media and researchers:

MyZubster Press & Media Kit

🔎 Evidence before publicity

The most important part isn't the design of the page.

It's the philosophy behind it.

We are introducing an explicit evidence ladder:

Website visit
→ anonymous interest

GitHub PR / issue / reproducible test
→ attributable public participation

Independent reproduction
→ stronger adoption evidence

Authorized real-world pilot
→ operational evidence

A visitor isn't automatically a user.

A GitHub star isn't a deployment.

A discussion isn't a partnership.

A roadmap isn't a completed milestone.

And an AI-generated result isn't automatically validated evidence.

These distinctions are becoming part of MyZubster's public documentation.

🤖 Where Zorgax fits

Zorgax is evolving as MyZubster's automation and orchestration layer.

A typical environmental evidence workflow we're designing looks like this:

AUTHORIZED DATA

INGESTION

SCHEMA CHECK

NORMALIZATION

PROVENANCE

DRAFT EVIDENCE

TECHNICAL REVIEW

SCIENTIFIC REVIEW

VALIDATED KPI

DASHBOARD / REPORT

The boundary is intentional.

Zorgax can help process information, prepare provenance and automate bounded workflows.

It should not silently invent measurements, approve scientific claims, expose restricted data or replace required human decisions.

🏛️ Governance and the DAO layer

We've also been exposing the governance direction publicly.

The model we're exploring is closer to:

COMMUNITY INPUT

PROPOSAL + EVIDENCE

AUTOMATION ASSISTANCE

HUMAN / GOVERNANCE REVIEW

AUTHORIZED ACTION

AI assistance and governance authority are deliberately separated.

The public DAO area is available at:

https://www.myzubster.com/dao

🌱 Preparing an environmental reference pilot

Another major track is the preparation of an environmental pilot architecture toward a possible LIFE 2027 pathway.

This needs an important disclaimer:

MyZubster is not claiming an approved or funded LIFE project.

The current work is preparatory.

We're working on the architecture needed to demonstrate something much smaller and more important first:

authorized sample dataset

MyZubster + Zorgax

provenance

validation

KPI / evidence

human review

reportable result

One working vertical slice is worth more than ten speculative integrations.

🌍 From “global project” to measurable replication

We've also published a globalization roadmap for 2026–2028.

But we're deliberately avoiding declaring countries as MyZubster nodes simply because we've discussed them or translated documentation.

Our definition of globalization is stricter:

OPEN SOURCE

OPEN COMMUNITY

VERIFIED REFERENCE PILOT

PUBLIC REPLICATION KIT

INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL REPRODUCTION

MULTI-REGION NETWORK

The key word is independent.

If another developer, laboratory, organization or territory can reproduce a MyZubster workflow without the core team doing everything for them, that's meaningful evidence of international adoption.

Until then, it's a target.

🗺️ The March 2027 milestone

Our current roadmap target is:

1 verifiable Italian vertical slice

1 public Replication Kit

1 external actor beginning an independent international reproduction

That would be the point where internationalization starts becoming measurable rather than aspirational.

🔍 Making MyZubster discoverable

Alongside the Press Kit, we've also started improving the public discovery layer.

The project now includes:

/press
/dao
/zorgax
/fumetto
/come-funziona

We've also added public crawler/indexing infrastructure including a sitemap, robots configuration, canonical metadata and structured metadata for the Press area.

The objective isn't SEO for the sake of traffic.

It's to make the project's evidence easier to discover and verify.

👾 And the community?

MyZubster remains open source and open to public contribution.

You can:

Develop.
Create.
Observe.
Research.
Test.
Challenge assumptions.

What we're especially interested in now isn't praise.

It's independent reproduction.

Run something.

Break something.

Document what happened.

Submit evidence.

That's far more valuable to the project than another marketing metric.

🚀 What's next?

The next stage is straightforward:

BUILD

STABILIZE

VERIFY

DEMONSTRATE

PILOT

REPLICATE

SCALE

We're not trying to make MyZubster look global before the evidence exists.

We're building the infrastructure that could allow other people to prove whether it actually is.

Build in public.
Verify independently.
Replicate responsibly.
