The booth was open from March 11 to March 12, 10 AM to 6 PM, and March 13, 10 AM to 3 PM.

As part of AviaGames GDC participation, the company also joined two panel discussions. In the AviaGames and PayPal collaboration, the session “From Win to Wallet: Rethinking Player Experience in Skill-Based Gaming” took place on March 11 from 2:50 PM to 3:20 PM in Room 2009, West Hall, focusing on payments, payouts, and player trust. A second session, AviaGames and Meta Panel, “Building Growth Through Partnership: A Practical Avia Playbook for Brand + Performance on Meta,” was held on March 12 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM in Room 2024, West Hall, covering strategies around marketing and growth.
