Hello Guys, so this is my little writeup about some objective truths I have come to know. Fisrt of all, what is an objective truth?
Objective truths are facts or realities that are true regardless of personal feelings, opinions, beliefs, or perspectives. They can be verified independently and remain the same for everyone.
So these are three of mine I have experimented with and there results.
Truth #1: Consistency Beats Talent and Intensity
Evidence from my life: I used to always be that person that was never consistent when learning things and it showed gaps in knowledge. Then I started being consistent by learning things everyday no matter how little it was and it automatically improved my knowledge retention and skill upgrade.
Truth #2: Sleep is Non-Negotiable for Health
Evidence from my life: Since I started having a healthy sleep habit, I noticed that I rarely fall sick or feel tired when I start focusing on work or learning or upskilling. Prioritizing sleep improves productivity, mood, and longevity.
Truth #3: Having a healthy goal/target to achieve helps with motivation
Evidence from my life: I used to just read or learn stuff without even knowing why , I just wanted to learn stuff, but at one point it got tiring and boring. Then I decided to start having a target or a goal to achieve and that gave me the motivation to keep going until I hit the stated target.
I just thought I should share the outcomes of these truths as it affected me.
Till next time, stay positive .
