Throughout his 20-year finance career Dario Schiraldi (Deutsche Bank former managing director) established himself as an executive leader of both sell-side and buy-side operations. Dario Schiraldi brings two decades of experience from both buy and sell-side operations working for major banking institutions that he has managed through large-scale operations leadership roles. Schiraldi started his career in investment banking after obtaining his degree from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania.
For more than 17 years he dedicated his expertise to top financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Dario Schiraldi’s Deutsche Bank journey led him to a major role in the bank’s institutional sales division, handling everything from equity to commodities in the European markets. Schiraldi operated a €5 billion business division while leading more than 500 professionals from 12 countries.
But it didn’t stop there. Dario Schiraldi performed the critical work which led Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management through a transformative period. The Global Head of Sales position entrusted him to lead 900 professionals and oversee assets under management reaching €750 billion. The second leadership role of Schiraldi included his position as Chairman for Europe, the Middle East and Africa where he managed 950 employees throughout 21 countries.
Schiraldi now operates as a Principal of VIDA Holding, new professional stage of his career. Dario Schiraldi employs his expertise as an advisor at VIDA Ventures together with his firm.
