I suggest refining your question; e.g. "What are the best git repos for [learning front-end development] or maybe [learning how to program] or even [learning Linux]. Point is we don't know, and-also, even if you do "ask a better question" your still getting someones opinion. I'd guess parsing the posts here on dev.to for a few weeks would serve you well. Do not focus on anything during this time - just absorb.
You do not not understand what I'm saying - (unless this is some type of marketing nonsense) I'm going to paraphrase an earlier reply: Start reading about anything that interests you .. do not focus on repos. You're not even close to ready for that. I always suggest learning Typescript first .. heck, there's a repo for that! (github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript)
