I've been planning to start writing some tech stuff for a while but never really gave it a try.
Recently, a few devs told me I should start writing about being a Startup CTO and some of the things I've learned in the process.
Just wrote something small to start getting traction, will be writing about planning, leading and managing small teams, how to speed things up, working as a team and delivering value to the company without all the fancy-pompous words and tedious processes everyone feels they have to use today.
