How to know, as a frontend developer, when the color contrast ratio is good enough?

I did a search if there is a tool that takes in 2 colors, asks you which one you want to change to achieve expected contrast ratio, and results 2 colors that has a right ratio.

I've tested this, and I think this is very useful if you are a user. It also helps me, setting the values to the required color, which I can copy afterwards.

However it would be nicer to have a system as above. Anybody aware of such a tool? Thanks
